Subsidiary to Provide Software Development, Quality Control and Research Services
DSG, Inc., a leading edc and clinical software technology provider, today announced the opening of a wholly owned subsidiary, India Document Solutions Private Limited, located in Noida, Uttar Prudesh, India, a suburb of New Delhi. The subsidiary will employ software engineers focused on research and development and quality control for DSG’s award-winning software. DSG has conducted business in India for the past three years with several partner companies in the life sciences industry.

The opening of our India office is a natural progression of our planned business expansion and international growth.”
India Document Solutions Private Limited will be led by General Manager Bhartendu Sharma. Bhartendu has over 15 years experience providing custom software design and development. He has extensive expertise and has held various leadership positions throughout the software industry.

DSG has developed proven processes and procedures to ensure that workflows are seamless across offices in the US and India. The subsidiary currently employs 30 people with expansion plans of an additional 30 by year-end. DSG will continue to operate and staff it’s 24/7 help desk out of its U.S. offices.
DSG continues to investigate more global expansion opportunities and is currently developing plans to open an office in Japan later this year.
