Cerapedics Announces Breakthrough Technology Agreement with Premier Inc.

Cerapedics, a privately-held orthobiologics company, announced the company has been awarded a group purchasing agreement with Premier Inc., a leading healthcare improvement company, for Breakthrough Technology: Bone Tissue Synthetic Implantable Products. The new agreement allows Premier members, at their discretion, to take advantage of special pricing and terms pre-negotiated by Premier for i-FACTOR™ Peptide Enhanced Bone Graft. The contract is effective December 1, 2016.

i-FACTOR Bone Graft is based on synthetic small peptide (P-15) technology developed by Cerapedics to support bone growth through cell attachment and activation. Supported by Level I human clinical data, i-FACTOR Bone Graft received Premarket Approval (PMA) from the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) in November 2015.
