CHG Healthcare Services, the nation's largest privately held healthcare staffing company, announced plans to build a new corporate headquarters in Midvale, Utah. The project is scheduled for completion in spring 2017.

Founded in Utah in 1979, CHG employs nearly 1,000 people in Salt Lake City and more than 1,800 nationwide. The company plans to create more than 500 new jobs in Utah over the next 10 years.

CHG is known for its award-winning culture and its focus on employees. Located at the View 72 development, just off 1-15 and 7200 South, the new headquarters will comprise two five-story buildings, connected by a glass "People Hub" that includes lounge areas, gathering and meeting spaces, and dining areas. Other planned amenities include a full-service cafeteria, free onsite health clinic, learning and training center, fitness facilities, fun rooms, and outdoor sports courts.

"We're excited to build a new home for our growing company and to provide the type of amenities that our people deserve," said Scott Beck, CEO of CHG Healthcare Services, "We've been fortunate to team up with some of the most talented people in the valley to make this happen."

The 283,000 square-foot facility is being developed by Gardner Company and will be built by Okland Construction.

"The development has already attracted a number of extremely advanced healthcare treatment and supply facilities. CHG Healthcare Services will be another jewel in the crown of healthcare services located in Midvale."
