FUJIFILM Medical Systems U.S.A., Inc. will showcase the latest generation of Synapse Cardiovascular, a premier cardiology image management and reporting solution with new module enhancements for echocardiography, at the American Society of Echocardiography (ASE) 27th Annual Scientific Sessions, from June 10-14 at the Washington State Convention Center in Seattle, Washington. Fujifilm will also showcase the SonoSite iViz, its latest ultrasound solution in advancing Fujifilm’s integration of ultrasound with medical IT.

Synapse Cardiovascular offers capabilities that enhance workflow, image review, and reporting for cardiology. The latest version includes newly redesigned Echocardiography Advanced Reporting modules built on the ASE standards for Adult, Stress, Pediatric and Fetal studies. Additional clinical enhancements include an improved measurement package, sophisticated auto-summary statements, configurable macros, Z-scores, and data trending.

Fujifilm will also showcase it’s highly mobile solution for echocardiography; the SonoSite iViz which combines superior image quality with unparalleled connectivity. iViz is the first ultrasound system in the industry to provide bi-directional communication with EMRs via the FUJIFILM Synapse EMR gateway. Using this option, iViz accepts patient demographics from the EMR, eliminating manual entry and saving valuable time and can also send patient reports to the EMR.
