iHealth Solutions, LLC, a leading healthcare software and services company, announced today that it has completed the acquisition of the assets of New Jersey-based DNA Healthcare Inc. (DNAH). With this acquisition, iHealth adds DNAH's strong proprietary technology to its portfolio, as well as major hospitals and medical clinics across the East Coast to its customer base. The new company is operating under the name of iHealth.

iHealth drives results for hospitals and physician practices with industry-leading technology and consultative services that optimize existing processes and support new payment and care delivery initiatives. By incorporating business intelligence and advanced analytics with a deep understanding of the healthcare ecosystem and fierce commitment to maximizing provider efficiency and effectiveness, iHealth helps providers successfully navigate to the future of healthcare.

Venkat Sharma, iHealth's Chief Executive Officer, will head the combined companies and Sreeram Mantha, formerly CEO of DNAH, will serve as Chief Operating Officer. The current iHealth management team will lead iHealth, supported by DNAH's strong global operations.

"DNAH has built a rock-solid reputation of leveraging technology for higher revenues for its customers," said Mr. Sharma. "We are excited to have the DNAH family join iHealth. With this acquisition, iHealth is optimally positioned to address the challenges facing healthcare providers. Healthcare will look very different from the current environment in the foreseeable future, with new models of care that demand actionable insights, real-time collaboration and deep business intelligence. iHealth now has the expertise, innovation and services to help these healthcare organizations navigate the maze of regulatory and reimbursement changes and uncertainties."

iHealth's unique differentiator is the high level of service and best practice consulting that accompanies its innovation. "The criteria for physician revenue are being turned upside down with the introduction of value-based care, bundled payments and quality metrics," said Mr. Mantha. "Technology and information-driven processes must be at the core of services for the new healthcare world. We are committed to helping our customers, many of whom serve a population that is medically fragile and most in need, optimize technology to achieve new efficiencies and cost savings while improving care quality and outcomes."
