LifeWatch AG, a leading developer and provider of medical solutions and remote diagnostic monitoring services in the digital health market, announces that the company has signed a Letter of Intent (LOI) with GE Medical Systems Information Technologies, Inc., a Wisconsin corporation doing business as GE Healthcare, along with its affiliates (GE Healthcare).
The purpose of the LOI is to explore the opportunities of a long-term strategic relationship regarding the exclusive third-party distribution of LifeWatch's monitoring services in the USA and possible other markets as well as other potential ventures. This LOI is non-binding and the intended relationship is subject to the signing of a definitive cooperation agreement.
