MedStar Health Selects Kyruus to Build Seamless Patient Access Experience

Kyruus, Inc., a leading provider of patient access and referral management solutions, announced today that MedStar Health, the largest not-for-profit health system in Maryland and the Washington, D.C. region, has selected the ProviderMatch suite of products to optimize how patients access and engage with the system’s providers. MedStar will leverage Kyruus’ provider data management and smart scheduling platform across several points of access, including the call center and MedStar’s consumer-facing web properties, to generate consistency in the “front door experience” and ensure accurate referrals no matter where patients enter the system.
