U.S. HealthWorks acquires Immediate Medical Care in Los Angeles

U.S. HealthWorks, one of the largest operators of occupational healthcare and urgent care centers in the United States, announced today it has acquired Immediate Medical Care in Los Angeles.

Immediate Medical Care operates an occupational and urgent care center at 434 South San Vicente Blvd, Suite 100, in Los Angeles, as well as, an ancillary physical therapy facility nearby.

U.S. HealthWorks currently has 37 centers throughout southern California, however, the acquisition of this facility will expand services to the Fairfax District. This acquisition brings the total number of U.S. HealthWorks medical and worksite clinics to 224 nationwide, in 20 states.

The center is open from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday. Terms of the transactions were not disclosed.

The facility will continue to offer occupational healthcare, urgent care, and physical therapy services.
