The West Virginia Healthcare Authority approved Cabell Huntington Hospital’s proposed acquisition of St. Mary’s Medical Center.
The WVHCA review of acquisition determined that it meets the requirements under WV law.
Kevin N. Fowler, President and CEO of Cabell Huntington Hospital’s said, “We are especially grateful for the hard work and thorough review by the West Virginia Healthcare Authority.”
