Genesis Healthcare Services to merge with Hospice Cloud, a National HME Company

Genesis Healthcare Services has merged with Hospice Cloud, a National HME Company. The announcement was made by Bill Monast, President and CEO of Hospice Cloud and David Hartley and Nathan Feltman, executives with Home Health Depot, Inc., the parent company of Genesis Healthcare Services, LLC.

This acquisition helps Hospice Cloud maintain its position as the nation's largest provider of technology enabled durable medical equipment (DME) solutions for the hospice industry. Nathan Feltman with Home Health Depot noted, "Hospice Cloud is the market leader in our industry. It was incredibly important to us that we found a partner that would ensure that the patients and hospices that we serve receive the highest standard of care."

This marks the third major acquisition since January of 2016 for Hospice Cloud.
