CERTIFY Health, a unified healthcare platform for patient intake, scheduling, communications, payments, and practice operations, has appointed Dan Romary as Chief Operating Officer.
Romary joins CERTIFY Health as the company expands its presence among dental support organizations (DSOs), enterprise ambulatory groups, and multi-site healthcare organizations. In his new role, he will oversee operational strategy and execution, supporting the company’s continued growth and enterprise adoption.
Before joining CERTIFY Health, Romary served as Chief Information and Analytics Officer at North American Dental Group (NADG), where he led enterprise technology, artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, and data strategy across one of the nation’s largest dental support organizations.
His appointment comes as DSOs, ambulatory groups, and multi-site healthcare providers increasingly seek to standardize patient operations, reduce administrative workloads, improve collections, and deliver consistent experiences across locations. CERTIFY Health addresses these needs through connected workflows spanning patient intake, communications, payments, scheduling, and practice operations.
Romary brings more than two decades of leadership experience across healthcare technology, analytics, digital transformation, and operations. Throughout his career, he has led large-scale initiatives focused on modernizing technology infrastructure, improving organizational performance, and delivering measurable business outcomes.
CERTIFY Health’s platform enables healthcare organizations to streamline patient operations, improve staff efficiency, accelerate collections, and create more consistent experiences across locations. The company serves DSOs, specialty practices, ambulatory care organizations, and multi-site healthcare enterprises across the United States.
