Jeff Schlossnagle

Capsa Healthcare, a global leader in healthcare technology solutions, has appointed Jeff Schlossnagle as its Chief Executive Officer. 

He succeeds Gaurav Agarwal and will lead the company as it continues to expand its presence in clinical workflow optimization, supply chain management, and central fill pharmacy automation.

Schlossnagle joined Capsa Healthcare in 2023 as Chief Commercial Officer and most recently served as President of Pharmacy Automation and Chief Commercial Officer. During his tenure, he led the company's go-to-market strategy and commercial operations, helping strengthen its market position and drive growth across its healthcare technology portfolio. Under his leadership, Capsa's central fill pharmacy automation solutions expanded into health systems, major grocery and pharmacy chains, and mail-order pharmacy operations, supported by the company's high-volume cell and unit-of-use automation technologies.

With more than 25 years of experience in medication and supply management technology, Schlossnagle brings extensive expertise in healthcare automation and commercial leadership. Prior to joining Capsa, he spent 19 years at Omnicell, where he served as Senior Vice President and Chief Revenue Officer while holding leadership positions across sales, marketing, operations, and customer success.

Schlossnagle earned a Bachelor of Science in Political Science from Elon University and completed executive education in General Management at the McCombs School of Business at The University of Texas at Austin.

As CEO, Schlossnagle will oversee the continued expansion of Capsa Healthcare's global operations. The company serves hospitals, health systems, extended care facilities, and retail and institutional pharmacies across the Americas, EMEA, and APAC. His appointment reinforces Capsa's commitment to advancing innovative healthcare technologies that improve pharmacy automation, medication management, clinical supply chains, and patient care worldwide.
