Nick Gennari
FedEx Corp. has announced the appointment of Nick Gennari, Senior Vice President of Sales, as President of Global Healthcare, effective July 16. In this expanded role, Gennari will lead global healthcare sales and operations, overseeing a team dedicated to developing innovative physical and digital solutions tailored to the evolving needs of healthcare customers.
This appointment follows significant advancements in FedEx's healthcare portfolio, including the opening of its first European Life Sciences Center in the Netherlands. The facility is part of a global network providing end-to-end supply chain solutions for temperature-sensitive medical storage and transport. FedEx is also accelerating the rollout of FedEx Surround, a service utilizing data and machine learning to enhance visibility of critical healthcare shipments.
Brie Carere, Executive Vice President and Chief Customer Officer, said, "Nick's extensive expertise positions FedEx to continue delivering unmatched global services and scalability to healthcare customers."
