Ascension Seton Women’s Hospital in Austin will offer specialised care for women and newborns. The 178-bed, 326,000 sq. ft. facility will provide advanced maternal and fetal care, high-risk pregnancy management, 24/7 emergency services, and comprehensive gynaecologic care.
Part of Ascension Seton Medical Center Austin, it will offer Level IV perinatal care, a dedicated emergency department, and two floors of Level III NICU staffed by Dell Children’s neonatologists, with access to Level IV NICU care.
Services include maternity care, minimally invasive gynaecologic surgery, and other women’s health specialties.
Facilities feature private NICU rooms (including for multiples), C-section and low-intervention birth suites, expanded antepartum areas, four operating rooms (two with daVinciⓇ robots), a 14-bed women’s ED, expanded parking, and full connectivity to the main campus for ICU and critical care.
The hospital is expected to open in early 2026.
