Bridgeway Behavioral Health Services Invests $2M to Expand Outpatient Care Capacity

Introduction

Bridgeway Behavioral Health Services has launched a $2 million capital campaign, titled A Legacy of Impact – A Future of Recovery, to renovate and expand its outpatient behavioural health centre at 567 Morris Avenue in Elizabeth, New Jersey. The initiative aims to address the growing demand for timely and integrated mental health care in Union County.

Features

The renovated Centre for Integrated Outpatient Services will include expanded urgent care access, individual and group therapy spaces, separate waiting areas for youth and adults, medication management, and co-occurring substance use treatment.

The project will modernise the 8,000-square-foot building that has served the community since 1997, improving efficiency, accessibility, and patient dignity.

Additional facilities will include exam and medication rooms, telehealth spaces, and case management support, enabling the centre to serve more youth and adults with high-quality, local care.

Bridgeway aims to complete it by the end of 2027.
