Introduction:
Brooks Rehabilitation has unveiled its plans to construct an additional, state-of-the-art inpatient rehabilitation hospital.
Features:
The new 60-bed hospital facility will be built on its existing campus in the Bartram Park area of Jacksonville, Florida, US.
It will also offer treatment to patients after a brain injury, stroke, spinal cord injury or other disabling illness or injury.
The hospital will also feature innovative technology, clinical expertise, and proven treatments.
Currently, the Brooks Bartram campus houses a 100-bed skilled nursing facility, a three-story, 61-unit assisted living facility, in addition to two GREEN HOUSE® 12-bed memory care homes.
The campus will be able to provide a continuum of post-acute services in one location with the addition of this new rehabilitation hospital.
The construction of the new hospital is expected to be completed in two years.
