The facility will house multiple specialist clinics including orthopaedics, ear, nose, and throat (ENT), surgical clinic, neurology, cardiology and rheumatology.

The Cancer Centre within the facility will be a significant addition, providing cancer patients with comprehensive care including radiation oncology, medical oncology and an expanded number of infusion chairs to accommodate more patients for chemotherapy or other infusion treatments.
