The world-class features of the Center include:
- The facility will feature an extraordinary addition of 38 single-occupancy inpatient beds. This augmentation will more than double the prevailing capacity within the community
- Spanning an expansive 10,000 square feet, the Assessment Center is poised to play a pivotal role in the facility's services. Functioning as both a screening and crisis stabilization center, it will provide essential support for children and families grappling with a diverse spectrum of mental health challenges. Moreover, it holds the distinction of being the very first of its kind center within the region
- The center will introduce a remarkable expansion in the capacity for outpatient Partial Hospitalization treatment. This new facility is designed to serve up to 40 children
- The center will incorporate an experiential kitchen. This innovative space is dedicated to patients and families grappling with eating disorders
- The center will allocate over 14,000 square feet of space exclusively for general outpatient therapy and pediatric care
- The facility has reserved nearly 8,000 square feet of adaptable shell space. This space can be utilized to accommodate new programs or expanded services, including the possibility of adding more inpatient beds in response to emergent needs.
The new comprehensive mental health facility is set to open in early 2026.
