Community Health Network Invests US$335 million for New Campus in Indianapolis, USA

Community Health Network plans to invest US$335 million for the construction of a new healthcare campus in Westfield.

The new 425,000 square foot facility is set to encompass an ambulatory surgery centre, a medical office building, an emergency department, and a six-storey patient tower.

Its services will be diverse, with a focus on women's health, integrative medicine, orthopaedics, primary care, behavioural health, and speciality services. Furthermore, the project entails constructing a 100-bed inpatient tower.

The project involves renovating two existing buildings to accommodate medical offices, various clinical specialities, an ambulatory surgery centre, an emergency department, support services, outpatient imaging, and cardiovascular care.

The medical office building is slated for completion in the first quarter of 2025, while the surgery centre, hospital service building, and hospital tower are expected to be finished by mid-2026.

Westfield will offer labor and delivery services, along with neonatal intensive care unit (NICU) rooms tailored to support family-centered care.
