Introduction:
Lehigh Valley Hospital (LVH) plans to open a new hospital to meet the growing demand for accessible, convenient emergency and inpatient care.

The new hospital will be laid on 30,000 square feet and the construction of a medical office building will also be a part of the project.
The hospital features a variety of medical services, such as HNL Lab Medicine, Lehigh Valley Physician Group (LVPG) family medicine, orthopedics, cardiology, and pediatrics practices. In addition, the health center also offers outpatient adult rehabilitation and cardiac and vascular diagnostic testing.
The new hospital services will include lab, imaging, and pharmacy. Imaging services, including X-ray, ultrasound, CT scan, and MRI, also will be offered on an outpatient basis. Moreover, it provides residents with better access to emergency and inpatient care whenever needed.
This new facility offers more options than ExpressCARE and has the experience and expertise to handle the same cases that are routinely treated and discharged at a larger hospital such as Lehigh Valley Hospital-Cedar Crest.
The hospital is expected to open by the end of 2023.
