Novant Health Invests $25.3M in New Hilton Head Medical Hub

Introduction:

Novant Health is moving forward with plans to establish a new medical campus on Hilton Head Island after acquiring the former Modern Classic Motors site from the Town of Hilton Head Island. The project is expected to expand access to healthcare services while supporting economic growth and job creation across the region.

Features:

The development will be built on a 4.57-acre site located at 355 William Hilton Parkway.
The medical campus will feature a 25,000-square-foot medical office building offering services such as primary care, physical therapy and urology.

An additional 15,000 square feet of medical office space will be developed to accommodate future healthcare services and meet increasing community demand.

The project includes an overall investment of approximately $25.3 million, covering land acquisition, construction, medical equipment and technology.

The new facility is expected to create around 50 jobs, strengthening healthcare access and supporting the long-term development of Hilton Head Island and neighbouring Lowcountry communities.

The project also supports the Town's Strategic Action Plan for 2026–2028 by expanding healthcare infrastructure and encouraging economic development.
