NYU Langone Health Plans to Construct New Ambulatory Care Centre in Florida, USA

Introduction:
NYU Langone Health has received US$75 million gift from Julia Koch Family Foundation to construct new, state-of-the-art ambulatory care centre in Florida, USA.

Features:
The state-of-the-art, eight- storey complex is poised to accommodate 50 physicians and attend to the healthcare needs of 150,000 patients annually.

The new site, boasting 77,000 square feet of clinical space, will offer on-demand speciality care in areas such as internal medicine, primary care, oncology, and pain management. The expanded clinical practises are expected to result in improved access and reduced wait times for patients.

The upcoming facility will feature a broad range of medical amenities, including full-service radiology and imaging, two operating rooms dedicated to ambulatory surgery, along with two endoscopy suites and eight bays for physical therapy. Its clinical offerings will encompass:
