A major renovation and expansion project at Park Nicollet Methodist Hospital will add 60,000 square feet, renovate 135,000 square feet, include two new inpatient floors and modernize the surgery center.

The project includes energy saving and sustainable features which will reduce energy consumption at Methodist by about 10 percent. It will also enhance the healing environment on the Methodist campus, which includes a restoration of a section of Minnehaha Creek and a healing garden near the Frauenshuh Cancer Center. This expansion and renovation project is expected to be completed in 2019.
