Riddle hospital plans for the expansion and renovation of existing care units and support areas with an investment of US$327 million.
Features:
The project will be completed in two phases. Phase one includes the construction of a new patient pavilion and Phase two includes the renovation of the hospital’s intensive care units.
Phase I, construction of the five-story patient pavilion covering an area of 230,000 square foot features:
The Second phase of the project consists of renovation of the hospital’s Intensive Care Unit. The hospital will be featured with advanced technology, contemporary facilities with fully equipped private patient rooms once the construction is completed.
The First phase of the project is expected to be completed in the summer of 2023, while the second phase will be completed in 2024 summer.
