Baldwin Health, formerly known as South Baldwin Regional Medical Centre, is preparing to expand its new campus.
Features:
The health system has now expanded to over 25 locations throughout Baldwin County, including the addition of 10 new South Baldwin Medical Group clinics over the past three years.
These expansions have introduced more advanced medical services, such as neurospine care, to the local community.
In line with the main campus growth, we have also extended our presence to better serve neighbouring areas, addressing the evolving healthcare needs beyond Foley and South Baldwin.
The hospital campus expansion is poised to accommodate an influx of new patients and includes the following key enhancements:
- New state-of-the-art surgical facilities, featuring a dedicated outpatient surgery center
- Increased capacity in the intensive care unit (ICU), enabling care for twice as many high-acuity patients
- A specialised women’s and children’s unit
- Additional inpatient beds to meet the rising demand for hospital care
