SSM Health Plans New Cardinal Glennon Children’s Hospital in St. Louis, USA

Introduction:
SSM Health will build a new, state-of-the-art children’s hospital at St. Louis, USA.

Features:
The forthcoming 14-storey facility, features over 200 inpatient beds and provide on the opportunity to design state-of-the-art academic paediatric medical facilities that adhere to the latest best practises in patient- and family-centred design.

The new hospital will also bolster its support for expanded and improved services, encompassing NICU (neonatal intensive care unit), ICU (intensive care unit), cancer treatment, cardiology, and dialysis care.

All of these services will be offered within a therapeutic healing environment that seamlessly incorporates the latest technology and research to address the evolving needs of the communities it serves, both presently and in the years to come.

During this project, SSM Health will capitalise on the opportunity to design state-of-the-art academic paediatric medical facilities that adhere to the latest best practises in patient- and family-centred design.

The construction of the new hospital is anticipated to be expected in 2027.
