Sutter Health has started construction on its new Sutter Advanced Neuroscience Complex in San Francisco. This major development aims to improve access to advanced neurological care across Northern California.

It will bring together around 80 specialists covering conditions such as Alzheimer’s disease, dementia, ALS, epilepsy, movement disorders, neurosurgery, neuro-oncology, and chronic headaches.
The facility offers outpatient neurology and neurosurgery clinics, along with on-site imaging, laboratory services, and rehabilitation to ensure comprehensive patient care.
It also includes an ambulatory surgery centre, providing advanced surgical procedures in a convenient setting. For improved accessibility, the building features underground parking.
Additionally, there is a direct connection to research initiatives and clinical trials, enabling patients to benefit from the latest advancements in medical science.
Construction of the Sutter Advanced Neuroscience Complex is scheduled to be completed by 2028.
