The TGH Surgical, Neuroscience & Transplant Pavilion combines tech and human innovation for patients to access top providers, advanced equipment, and state-of-the-art facilities.

The medical building, spanning 13 storieys and covering 565,000 square feet, will offer 144 patient beds, 32 advanced operating suites, and expanded intensive care unit (ICU) capabilities. 

Additionally, it will house dedicated areas for education, training, emergency response, and sterile processing. Furthermore, two floors are designated for future expansion, ensuring flexibility and growth opportunities. 

This building will address the escalating demand for care within the region and throughout Florida.

The new surgical, neuroscience, and transplant pavilion will be more than a building. It is designed to seamlessly connect healthcare, learning, and research for a holistic approach to medicine.

The construction of the pavilion is slated to commence in 2024, anticipates completion within three years.
