Temora Hospital Redevelopment Reaches a $95 Million Milestone

Introduction:

The NSW Government is investing a $95 million in the Temora Hospital Redevelopment in New South Wales, Australia. The project will deliver modern healthcare facilities and expanded services for Temora and surrounding communities.

Features:

The redeveloped hospital will bring essential healthcare services together under one roof, improving access to regional healthcare.

The facility will include a new emergency department, operating theatre, procedure room, birthing suite, nursery and flexible inpatient unit supporting medical, surgical, maternity, rehabilitation and palliative care.

The project will also introduce CT and ultrasound services for the first time, alongside expanded medical imaging, allied health clinics, community health services, mental health services and pathology collection facilities.

Construction has reached a major milestone, with the eastern wing’s external structure completed. Work will now progress to internal fit-out, equipment installation, external works and landscaping. Healthcare services will continue operating throughout construction.
