US$45 million Investment Expands Patient Care at Pullman Regional Hospital in Washington, USA
Introduction:
The Pullman Regional Hospital plans to invest US$45 million to remodel and expand patient care.
Features:
The design incorporates expanded surgical facilities to accommodate more surgical specialities, allowing patients to access a wider range of surgical options within the local area.
Additionally, it features augmented emergency patient capacity and offers increased flexibility through additional flex space. Phase 2 - Renovating to accommodate a fifth operating room, creating a universal care unit for procedure preparation and recovery
Phase 3 - Renovating the emergency department to allocate space specifically for behavioural health patients requiring advanced care, expanding the post-surgery recovery unit (PACU) and endoscopy procedure rooms, and revamping the emergency universal care unit
Phase 4 - Renovation of imaging department to relocate the CT scan facilities adjacent to trauma rooms.
