Naitive® Technologies has Introduced Novel OsteoSight™ Screening Tool

Naitive® Technologies' introduction of OsteoSight™ is a significant development in the field of osteoporosis diagnosis and management.

OsteoSight is designed to address the persistent issue of underdiagnosis and late detection of osteoporosis by using routine X-rays. OsteoSight leverages the vast number of X-rays taken daily for various medical concerns and extracts valuable information about bone mineral density (BMD) from them. 

This innovative approach aims to enhance the detection rates of osteoporosis by automatically providing an estimate of bone density and classifying the patient's osteoporosis risk according to World Health Organisation (WHO) guidelines.

By enabling earlier diagnosis, physicians can initiate intervention and treatment strategies before patients experience fragility fractures. This not only improves the overall quality of care but also reduces the economic and personal burdens associated with osteoporosis-related fractures.
