CheckedUp, a trailblazer in digital Point of Care innovation, has appointed David Bernstein as its new Chief Revenue Officer (CRO), a move that underscores the company’s continued momentum and bold vision for growth in the healthcare engagement space.

In his new role, Bernstein will report directly to CEO and Co-Founder Dr. Richard Awdeh and will spearhead CheckedUp’s revenue acceleration initiatives. His focus will be on enhancing the company’s go-to-market strategy, streamlining sales operations, and forging deeper partnerships with life sciences companies, healthcare brands, and marketing agencies.

With more than two decades of expertise in driving commercial success in healthcare, pharmaceuticals, and digital health, Bernstein brings a wealth of industry knowledge and proven leadership. 

Prior to joining CheckedUp, he served as Chief Revenue Officer at Everyday Health, where he led high-performing sales and marketing teams and significantly expanded strategic alliances. 

His career also includes influential leadership positions at Outcome Health, ConnectiveRx, and WebMD, where he was instrumental in developing impactful Point of Care and patient engagement solutions. Bernstein began his professional journey at GlaxoSmithKline, rising through key sales and product roles and establishing a strong foundation in pharmaceutical brand strategy.

This strategic hire comes as CheckedUp continues to scale rapidly. Under the direction of Dr. Richard Awdeh and Mark Awdeh, the company has maintained 40% year-over-year growth, expanded its national footprint, and solidified its reputation as a specialty-focused, data-driven Point of Care leader. Bernstein’s addition to the executive team reinforces CheckedUp’s commitment to reshaping the provider-patient experience through innovation at the point of care.
