Kevin Lobo

GE HealthCare has appointed Kevin A. Lobo, Chair and Chief Executive Officer of Stryker Corporation, to its Board of Directors.

Mr. Lobo brings more than 25 years of experience in the medical technology sector, along with strong operational and financial leadership capabilities.

In his current role, Mr. Lobo has served as CEO of Stryker Corporation since October 2012 and has been Chair of its Board since July 2014. Prior to these roles, he held senior leadership positions across Stryker’s Orthopedics Group as well as its Neurotechnology and Spine division.

His broader experience includes operational leadership roles at Johnson & Johnson, where he served as President of Ethicon Endo-Surgery, and earlier career experience at Rhône-Poulenc, a chemical and pharmaceutical company. Mr. Lobo also brings a strong finance background, having held roles at KPMG, Unilever, and Kraft Canada.

GE HealthCare noted that his extensive expertise in medical technology innovation, global operations, and business scaling makes him a strong addition to the Board as the company advances its strategic priorities.
