Miles Ennis
Komodo Health, a leader in AI-powered healthcare intelligence, has appointed Miles Ennis as Chief Operating Officer (COO).
Ennis, who joined the company as Chief Revenue Officer in July 2024, will now expand his role to oversee operational strategy and execution across all business functions while continuing to lead commercial excellence.
The appointment comes as Komodo Health experiences strong demand for its breakthrough AI innovations, including Marmot™—the company’s proprietary AI engine that enables Life Sciences organizations to answer complex questions with unprecedented speed and precision. With rapid market expansion and enterprise deployment underway, Ennis will play a pivotal role in strengthening operational capabilities to meet customer needs at scale.
Since joining Komodo, Ennis has led the revenue organization to exceed commercial objectives while building transformative partnerships that extended the company’s market reach. Notably, he spearheaded a strategic collaboration with Nasdaq, introducing Komodo’s Healthcare Map®- which tracks the healthcare journeys of more than 330 million U.S. patients - to the Financial Services sector for the first time.
This partnership has empowered hedge funds, private equity, and venture capital firms with healthcare intelligence to support smarter investment decisions.
As COO, Ennis will lead operations spanning Revenue, Services, Customer Success, Consulting, and Strategic Programs while driving stronger execution across Product Engineering, Marketing, and Technology. Bringing over 20 years of experience from Talkdesk, IBM, Cisco, and Aspen Technology, Ennis will focus on aligning Komodo’s people, processes, and platforms to accelerate growth and cement its leadership in healthcare analytics AI.
