Belmont Medical Technologies, a provider of fluid resuscitation and patient temperature management solutions, has appointed Brian Larkin as its new Chief Executive Officer (CEO).

Larkin succeeds Brian Ellacott, who has led the company since its acquisition by Audax Private Equity in 2017 and has recently announced his retirement. Ellacott will continue to support the company as Executive Chair of the Board.

Larkin brings more than 30 years of leadership experience across the medical technology and patient care sectors. Over the course of his career, he has developed a reputation for strengthening complex organizations, driving operational excellence, and implementing strategies that support organic growth and strategic acquisitions.

Most recently, Larkin served as President and CEO of Comar, a private equity-owned medical packaging and device manufacturer. During his approximately three-and-a-half-year tenure, he led a workforce of more than 1,100 employees across 11 manufacturing facilities. His leadership focused on organizational restructuring that improved operational efficiency while supporting strong revenue growth. The company was successfully acquired by Precision Concepts International in October 2025.

Prior to his role at Comar, Larkin served as President and CEO of SP Industries for more than four years. During that time, he led the company through a period of revenue and earnings growth before its successful acquisition by ATS Corporation.

Earlier in his career, Larkin held executive leadership positions at LifeCell and Integra LifeSciences, further strengthening his experience in medical innovation and healthcare technology commercialization.
