Brooke Pierce

DLH Holdings Corp, a provider of digital, engineering, and scientific solutions for health and defense missions, has appointed Brooke Pierce as President, Health. 

In her new role, Pierce will lead DLH’s Health business group, overseeing technology, scientific research, data analytics, artificial intelligence, and mission-support services across federal health markets.

Pierce will be responsible for advancing the strategic direction and growth of DLH’s health portfolio, strengthening customer engagement, ensuring operational execution, and supporting employee development.

With nearly 20 years of experience leading large-scale federal programs, Pierce has worked across major health agencies, including the National Institutes of Health (NIH), Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), Food and Drug Administration (FDA), Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA), and Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). Her experience also includes leadership within the commercial healthcare market.

During her work supporting CMS, Pierce received a FedHealthIT100 Award for advancing innovation and transformation in federal Health IT. Most recently, she provided executive leadership for an enterprise IT program generating more than $600 million in annual revenue. She led approximately 2,000 employees delivering cybersecurity, cloud services, and AI-enabled modernization across hundreds of global sites supporting millions of users.

Previously, Pierce led a large federal health organization overseeing a $350 million portfolio and approximately 600 employees supporting CMS. She has also led teams responsible for clinical, financial, and operational systems within the commercial healthcare sector.
