Jack Kenny

Cleveland Diagnostics appointed Jack Kenny as Chairman of its Board of Directors. 

The leadership addition comes at a key moment for the commercial-stage precision oncology company as it accelerates market expansion following the recent U.S. FDA approval of its IsoPSA® IVD Assay and continues to advance its broader IsoClear™ platform.

Kenny brings more than 30 years of operational, commercial, and board-level leadership experience across the diagnostics and life sciences sectors. His expertise spans in vitro diagnostics, molecular diagnostics, and laboratory services, making him well positioned to support Cleveland Diagnostics as it scales its commercial operations and expands the reach of its oncology solutions.

Most recently, Kenny served as Chief Executive Officer of Meridian Bioscience. Over the course of his career, he has held senior leadership roles at several major healthcare and diagnostics organizations, including Siemens Healthcare, BD (Becton Dickinson), Danaher Corporation, and Quest Diagnostics. In addition to his executive leadership positions, Kenny has served on the boards of several public and private companies in the life sciences sector.

The company has also made additional leadership moves as it prepares for continued growth heading into 2026. Michael Iskra was appointed Chief Executive Officer earlier this year, bringing extensive experience in global diagnostics commercialization. Meanwhile, cofounding CEO Arnon Chait has transitioned to the role of Chief Innovation Officer, where he will focus on expanding the IsoClear platform into additional cancer indications.
