Donald Zurbay
LivaNova PLC, a global leader in medical technology, has appointed Donald (Don) Zurbay to its Board of Directors.
Zurbay will also serve as a member of the Board’s Audit and Compliance Committee.
Zurbay brings extensive leadership experience across healthcare and medical technology. Most recently, he served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Patterson Companies, Inc., where he also previously held the role of Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Prior to Patterson, Zurbay spent nearly 13 years at St. Jude Medical in multiple leadership positions, ultimately serving as CFO. His earlier career includes roles at PricewaterhouseCoopers, The Valspar Corporation, and Deloitte & Touche.
In addition to his new role at LivaNova, Zurbay currently serves on the Board of Directors at Sight Sciences, Inc., where he chairs the Audit Committee and is a member of the Compensation Committee. His prior board experience includes Avedro, Inc. and Silk Road Medical, Inc. He earned a bachelor’s degree in business accounting from the University of Minnesota.
With Zurbay’s appointment, the LivaNova Board now comprises 11 Directors.
