Matt Wilson
PrepMD, a leader in cardiac healthcare solutions, has appointed Matt Wilson as its new Chief Executive Officer.
Wilson has been instrumental in advancing PrepMD's device clinic management services and driving the company’s growth through innovative technology and patient-centric solutions. His appointment marks a strategic move as the company continues to expand its footprint in remote monitoring, clinical staffing, and training.
Founder Matt O’Neal will transition into the role of Executive Chairman, focusing on long-term strategy, strategic partnerships, and innovation. In addition, Greg Lisi has been promoted to President and will oversee operations across PrepMD’s staffing and training business units.
Founded in 2009, PrepMD has evolved into a comprehensive cardiac care provider, offering remote monitoring, in-clinic staffing, and advanced training for healthcare professionals and medical device manufacturers. Its portfolio includes the PrepMD OMNI clinic management suite, PrepMD Accelerator education platform, and in-clinic staffing services.
Wilson brings over a decade of experience in the cardiac device industry, including leadership roles at Boston Scientific and certification as an IBHRE®-Certified Cardiac Device Specialist. His background as a U.S. Army Ranger and Infantry Captain adds a unique dimension of discipline and leadership. Lisi, a former U.S. Army Military Intelligence Officer, has played a key role in developing PrepMD’s industry-leading training programs.
With Wilson and Lisi driving day-to-day operations and O’Neal steering strategic direction, PrepMD is well-positioned to continue its leadership in cardiac healthcare solutions and deliver exceptional outcomes to patients and clients nationwide.
