MedeAnalytics, a leader in healthcare data management and analytics solutions, has appointed Justin L. Neece as its new Chief Growth Officer. 

Bringing more than 30 years of experience in healthcare technology and operational strategy, Neece is recognized for spearheading transformative initiatives, expanding market presence, and delivering measurable impact across diverse healthcare sectors.

Neece most recently served as Chief Growth Officer at Azara Healthcare, following its merger with i2i Population Health, where he was previously President and CEO. During his tenure, he led i2i through a period of significant growth and market diversification, broadening its client base beyond the safety net sector to include health plans, hospitals, and behavioral health providers. His leadership played a pivotal role in driving the strategic combination with Azara Healthcare, strengthening the company’s position in population health management.

His earlier career includes senior leadership roles at IngagePatient, SharedHealth (a BlueCross BlueShield of Tennessee subsidiary), GetWellNetwork, and Dollar General Corporation. Throughout his journey, Neece has consistently demonstrated expertise in launching SaaS platforms, guiding mergers and acquisitions, securing enterprise partnerships, and building scalable operational models across healthcare and retail industries.

Based in Franklin, Tennessee, Neece holds degrees from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, Middle Tennessee State University, and Tennessee Technological University.

His appointment underscores MedeAnalytics’ commitment to strengthening its commercial strategy and delivering enterprise-grade analytics solutions that empower healthcare organizations to drive better outcomes.
