Kenneth D. Krause

Sotera Health Company, a global provider of sterilization, lab testing, and advisory services for the healthcare industry, has appointed Kenneth D. Krause as an independent director to its Board of Directors.

Krause currently serves as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Rollins, Inc., a leading global pest control services provider, a role he has held since September 2022. In 2024, his responsibilities expanded to include oversight of the company’s international brands. During his tenure, he has led modernization efforts that enhanced growth, profitability, and capital allocation, strengthening overall shareholder value.

Prior to joining Rollins, Krause held multiple leadership roles at MSA Safety Incorporated, including Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer, Chief Strategy Officer, and Treasurer from 2015 to 2022. Over his 16-year tenure at MSA Safety, he played a key role in driving strategic transformation and improving financial performance. Earlier in his career, he worked as a Senior Manager in the audit practice at KPMG LLP.

Krause was selected for his extensive experience in corporate finance, strategy, and governance. He will serve on Sotera Health’s Audit Committee and Litigation Committee.

The company also announced that Constantine S. Mihas will step down from the Board effective March 16, 2026, following changes in stockholder board designation rights.
