Integra LifeSciences Names Mojdeh Poul President and CEO

Integra LifeSciences Holdings Corporation, a leading global medical technology company, has announced the appointment of Mojdeh Poul as president and chief executive officer.

Poul will also join the company’s board of directors upon assuming the role, succeeding Jan De Witte. Stuart Essig will remain executive chairman for a transitional period before returning to his previous role as non-executive chairman.

Poul most recently served as executive vice president and group president for 3M's US$8.5 billion Global Healthcare Business, where she had global oversight of R&D, manufacturing, commercial operations, quality, and regulatory functions. She played a pivotal role in transforming the healthcare portfolio through strategic acquisitions, divestitures, and organic innovations.

Prior to her time at 3M, Poul held senior leadership roles at Medtronic and Boston Scientific, where she advanced neuromodulation and cardiovascular technologies through comprehensive market development strategies.

In addition to her new role at Integra, Poul currently serves on the boards of Align Technology, iRhythm Technologies, and Stanley Black & Decker, where she also participates in their audit and compensation committees.

Poul holds both a bachelor’s and master’s degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Louisville, along with an MBA from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
