Tami Reller

Health Catalyst, Inc., a healthcare intelligence company focused on helping health systems achieve measurable improvements, has appointed Tami Reller to its Board of Directors.
Reller will also serve as Chair of the Audit Committee and as a member of the Compensation Committee.

Reller brings extensive leadership experience across healthcare, technology, finance, operations, growth, marketing, and consumer experience. She previously held several senior leadership positions at Duly Health and Care, including President from 2021 to 2022, CEO from 2022 to 2023, and Executive Chair from 2023 to 2024.

Earlier in her career, Reller served as a senior executive at Microsoft and held multiple leadership roles across UnitedHealth Group subsidiaries. Her positions included Executive Vice President and Chief Marketing and Experience Officer at UnitedHealthcare, as well as Chief Growth Officer, Chief Financial Officer, and Chief Marketing Officer at Optum.

Reller also has significant public-company board experience. She has served on the Board of Directors of SPS Commerce since 2016, including roles on its audit, governance and nominating committees and five years as board chair. From 2014 to 2022, she served on the board of Avalara until its acquisition, including positions on its audit and compensation committees.

Her nonprofit board experience includes Seattle Children’s Hospital Foundation, where she also served as Treasurer, and Fairview Health Services.

Reller’s appointment follows Simeon Kohl’s appointment as CEO and President. Under Kohl’s leadership, Health Catalyst plans to advance its technology portfolio and strengthen its position as an AI-focused healthcare intelligence company.
