Gibbs brings over 25 years of leadership experience spanning sales, operations, and commercial strategy. Known for his ability to drive sustainable revenue growth, optimize operational performance, and align cross-functional teams, he is well-positioned to steer ulrich medical USA through its next phase of innovation and market expansion.
Throughout his career, Gibbs has held a range of influential roles - from Plant Manager to Vice President of Sales and Operations - leading initiatives in change management, production scaling, and customer service transformation. His results-driven approach is grounded in both strategic insight and hands-on operational leadership.
Most recently, Gibbs served as head of U.S. operations at XSYS Global, a global supplier to the packaging and printing industry. There, he successfully enhanced customer engagement and implemented strategic improvements to boost agility and service delivery across operations.
Gibbs holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology and an MBA, reflecting a balanced leadership style that merges people-first management with strategic business acumen.
