Kim Crooks
Covalon Technologies Ltd., a leader in advanced medical technologies, has appointed Kim Crooks as its new Chief Operating Officer (COO).
Alongside her promotion to the executive team, Crooks has also been named to the company’s Board of Directors, reflecting her significant contributions and trusted leadership within the organization.
Crooks rejoined Covalon in early 2024 as Senior Vice President of Operations, bringing with her a decade of operational leadership from her prior role as Vice President of Operations at the company from 2012 to 2022. Since her return, she has been instrumental in overseeing and optimizing Covalon’s production, operations, Quality Assurance, Quality Control, Regulatory Affairs, and Human Resources, helping to drive operational excellence and strategic alignment across functions.
As part of her appointment, Crooks will be granted 150,000 stock options, vesting equally over three years, with the exercise price aligned to the market value of Covalon’s common shares on the date of the grant. The stock option grant and board appointment are subject to approval by the TSX Venture Exchange.
