Jim Fitzgerald
Command Medical Products (Command), a leading contract manufacturer of single-use disposable medical devices and a portfolio company of Argosy Healthcare Partners (AHP), has appointed Jim Fitzgerald as Executive Chairman of its Board of Directors.
Fitzgerald brings a distinguished track record in medical device contract manufacturing and operational leadership. Most notably, he served as CEO of Flexan, a Linden Capital Partners portfolio company, where he led the organization through a period of strategic expansion, culminating in its successful acquisition by ILC Dover, a New Mountain Capital company.
His extensive industry experience also includes key executive roles at MRP Solutions, ITxM, Vesta, and Cardinal Health. He began his healthcare career at Baxter Healthcare, laying the foundation for a decades-long leadership journey across high-growth, innovation-driven organizations in the life sciences and medtech sectors.
Founded in 1987 and headquartered in Ormond Beach, Florida, Command Medical Products provides a full suite of specialized manufacturing capabilities, including tube extrusion, RF welding, heat sealing, and cleanroom assembly.
The company operates out of two FDA- and ISO-certified facilities in the United States and Central America, serving a global clientele of OEMs and life sciences innovators.
Fitzgerald’s appointment signals Command’s continued focus on operational excellence, strategic growth, and delivering world-class contract manufacturing services to its partners worldwide.
