Mike Peresie
Mosaic Clinical Technologies™ (Mosaic), the technology and AI services division of Radiology Partners (RP), has appointed Mike Peresie as President.
In this role, he will lead Mosaic’s efforts to advance next-generation clinical workflow innovation through scalable, AI-driven technology solutions.
Mike Peresie brings more than two decades of experience as a digital health executive, with deep expertise in building and scaling high-growth technology, data, and network businesses. His work has consistently focused on improving access, quality, and affordability across healthcare systems.
Most recently, Mike served as Chief Innovation Officer at Optum Insight, where he led an AI-first innovation portfolio aimed at transforming critical aspects of the U.S. healthcare system. Prior to that, he was CEO of Optum’s Software, Network, and Data business, overseeing a multi-billion-dollar portfolio that automated and enhanced administrative and clinical workflows for providers, payors, and pharmacies. During this time, he drove enterprise innovation, strengthened operational performance, and built high-performing business and technology teams.
Earlier in his career, Mike held senior leadership roles at Optum Insight and Change Healthcare. He played a key leadership role in the successful Change Healthcare IPO and the company’s subsequent merger with Optum.
As President of Mosaic Clinical Technologies, Mike will oversee MosaicOS™ platform development, product strategy, operations, customer success, regulatory initiatives, AI innovation, marketing, go-to-market execution, and strategic growth. He will play a central role in accelerating Mosaic’s technology and AI roadmap and expanding its impact across hospitals and health systems nationwide.
