Stephen Silvestro
OptimizeRx Corporation, a leading provider of digital health solutions connecting life sciences companies with healthcare professionals and patients, has appointed Stephen (Steve) Silvestro as Chief Executive Officer.
Silvestro brings more than two decades of experience in health technology and services, with a proven track record in strategic development, sales leadership, product innovation, and M&A. Since joining OptimizeRx in 2019 as Chief Commercial Officer, he has played a pivotal role in the company’s growth and transformation. He subsequently served as President, and most recently, interim CEO, guiding the company through key strategic initiatives.
Before joining OptimizeRx, Silvestro held senior leadership roles at several prominent healthcare and technology organizations, including CCH® Tagetik (a Wolters Kluwer company), Prognos Health, and Decision Resources Group. Throughout his career, he has consistently driven innovation and operational excellence across data-driven healthcare solutions.
Silvestro holds a Master of Liberal Arts in Business Management from Harvard University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Italian and Business Management from Brigham Young University.
His appointment underscores OptimizeRx’s commitment to strengthening its leadership team and accelerating its mission to enhance communication and engagement across the healthcare ecosystem.
