Today, the company announced a landmark distribution agreement with Glo-Med Networks, Inc. ("Glo-Med"), a U.S.-based company with a regional office in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. This agreement designates Glo-Med as the exclusive distributor for Inspira Technologies in Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, and Bahrain.
Under the terms of the agreement, Glo-Med will serve as the territory's wholesale distributor, responsible for promoting, marketing, and selling a range of Inspira™ ART devices including the INSPIRA™ ART500 Device, the INSPIRA ART500 Disposable Kit, the INSPIRA™ ART100 Device, and the INSPIRA ART100 Disposable Kit to approved customers in the region.
Glo-Med's exclusivity is contingent upon meeting minimum purchase targets, including 531 INSPIRA™ ART devices and 8,794 disposable units, pending regulatory approvals for the devices within the Territory. This partnership marks a significant milestone in expanding the availability of Inspira Technologies' life-saving technologies throughout the Gulf region.
