Inspira™ Technologies has signed an additional service agreement, complementing its previously disclosed strategic partnership with Innovimed.
This new agreement pertains to the forthcoming clinical trials, specifically clinical pilot studies, intended for the INSPIRA™ ART medical devices.
The company has not only solidified its existing strategic agreement with Innovimed for planned clinical trials of the INSPIRA™ ART medical devices but has also expanded the scope of this agreement to cover all European countries.
In addition to this strategic agreement, Inspira™ Technologies has also entered into summary distribution agreements with Innovimed in specific countries within the European Union. These countries include Poland, the Czech Republic, and Slovakia. However, these distribution agreements are contingent upon the completion of product development and the receipt of regulatory approval.
By conducting clinical pilot studies and securing distribution channels, Inspira aims to gain valuable insights, gather clinical data, and establish its presence ahead of the anticipated commercialisation of the INSPIRA™ ART medical devices across Europe.
